TWO KINDS OF RELATIONSHIPS WITH GOD

Ministering: Apostle Godson Nefale
Scripture reference:GENESIS 41:51

There are two types of relationships with God. Today you will discover what kind of a relationship you have with God. You will understand why as Christians, we are not the same..

You might pray now, and discover that an answer doesn't come, but when someone prays along with you, an answer comes. It depends on your closeness with God..

Who are you before God? Often times the way people see us is not the way God sees us. .

The first relationship with God is a Close relationship with God. Jesus was so close to the Father that when He raised Lazarus from the dead, He didn't sweat, He only said "Father I know that you always hear me." This is a close relationship with God, no struggle.

The 2nd relationship with God is a distance relationship. It is still a relationship but a distant one. In this relationship your will prevails. When you are in a distant relationship with God you cannot even forgive your neighbour. You will always be bitter, jealous and you will hold grudges against others.

When you are in a close relationship with God, you will easily forgive those who wronged you. A close relationship with God, makes things possible, but a distant relationship with God delays your answer. Manasseh became a king at 12 years old, that's why he ended up rebelling against God, he got used to God. Servants of God never preach what is above you, by that I mean never preach what you don't understand. Don't preach a revelation you have not lived. A revelation must change you first. Hezekiah destroyed evil altars, but Manasseh rebuild them. He raised up altars of baal, and made wooden images and worshiped all the host of heaven(principalities). He also caused his sons to pass through the fire, witchcraft works. There are many man of God who started well, but because of competition they ended up joining cults. It is about time one really looks deeper into their walk with God. You cannot afford to be in a distant relationship with God
